We have a great opportunity available for a Diversional Therapist responsible for promoting resident's independence by facilitating their involvement in programs designed to maximise their potential.
The activities will comprise of social and diversional group activities, individual stimulation and emotional support appropriate for a range of cognitive and physical abilities.
In this role you will, using your experience, communicate and care for clients from different cultures, backgrounds, circumstances and clients with special needs. You will be committed to providing quality, compassionate and kind consumer/resident centred care that meets the individual needs of each and every resident.
Eligibility
Applicants must have a minimum completion of AQF Certificate IV relevant to the position - i.e. Leisure and Health. More information is available in the job pack below.
