Your New Role
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Developing the 5-year DEI strategy and plan aligned to Blueprint 2030 creating a high-performance, values-based company culture
- Develop a platform from which Cleanaway, and all related entities, engages with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities. The role is responsible for designing and implementing engagement, education and awareness activities supporting our Reconciliation Action Plan today and in the future.
- Provide leadership and guidance to leaders and HR team on key DEI activities and objectives.
- Build awareness and capability across the organization on diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Provide feedback on new and emerging opportunities, areas for improvement and issues that relate to inclusion and belonging
- Manage and coordinate D&I reporting obligations using qualitative and quantitative data to a range of audiences for difference purposes
- Workshop and training design, facilitation, and coaching at all levels of leadership on driving organisational diversity and inclusion
- Tertiary qualifications in HR (or related discipline)
- Broad demonstrated knowledge of the entire HR lifecycle and functions
- Deep experience and expertise on best practice, contemporary Culture, HR & DEI practices
- Demonstrated experience with successfully implementing enterprise-wide DEI strategies, plans, initiatives and routines that promote diversity, inclusion and belonging
- Knowledge and skills over a range of Diversity and Inclusion priorities, such as Reconciliation, Accessibility & Inclusion, Gender Equity and LGBTGI+, and neuro-diversity
- Ability to engage, partner with and influence Senior Managers and Executives
- Experience with sophisticated strategy framework methods and tools that contribute to creating a sustainable and diverse workforce
- Change and project management experience within people and culture, delivering Diversity and Inclusion plans
