Our client:
Our client is a renewable energy company based in Wivenhoe.
The role:
The main task for this temporary assignment is transferring approximately 140 confined space risk assessments and rescue plans (280 documents in total) from one template to another. PPE will be provided as this is a site based role.
Responsibilities:
- Providing admin support to engineers as required;
- Data entry;
- Taking photos taken from certain places on site and uploading into the template;
- Liaising with the engineering team; and
- General filing.
What we are looking for:
- Strong administration experience;
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs;
- Previous knowledge of the system Redeye would be desirable;
- Strong time management and organisational skills; and
- Exceptional attention to detail.
