The role:

Reporting into the Commercial & Contracts Manager, you will:

Apply procedures for distribution, filing, collection of comments and coordination of information flow;

• Maintain a coordinated and consistent filing system;
• Identify different types of documents such as specifications, engineering drawings, correspondence, financial records, and project deliverables;
• Receive, check, accurately record documents into the Project Information Management System;
• Distribute all project drawings and documentation;
• Maintain systems and procedures to track processing of documents such as correspondence, minutes, reports, payment requests, change notices, change orders, claims, requests for information, submittals, schedules etc;
• Expedite document related project activities by Contractors & Engineering team;
• Manage the timing of information flow and comments collection;
• Provide accurate reporting for project documentation, correspondence, reviews, user accounts; and
• Manage user access and role requirements within the Project Information Management System dedicated project space.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant information management qualifications;
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project document control;
• Experience with large infrastructure construction projects, preferable government project exposure;
• Experience with systems implementation, configuration, and delivery to end user;
• Experience with identifying continuous improvement opportunities and developing strategies to deliver improvements;
• Experience with developing and delivering training to internal and external parties; and
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
