The Role
We’re looking for experienced Document Controller professionals who can continue to modernise and contribute to analysing and resolving issues when using our Project Document Management Systems and processes.
These positions are charged with coordinating all aspects of document control for major projects across the Public Transport Authority; ensuring appropriate document control is administered and documents are formatted using industry standards - ready for approval and publication. A key part of the role is coordinating and turning around document requests quickly.
You will work as part of a motivated team in a fast-paced environment, providing support and advice to project directors and managers on document control issues whilst liaising closely with a large range of internal clients as well as our external stakeholders regarding project documentation.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- A good working knowledge of Cloud-Based EDM Systems
- Experience in a fast-paced Project environments
- Familiarity with Ineight Document, Objective and SharePoint a benefit
- Great Communication and Problem Solving Skills
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool for 12 months from which fixed term appointments with possibility of extension and/or permanency will be made. Applicants assessed as suitable during this selection process may be considered for other similar vacancies that occur for up to 12 months.
