PPS are seeking a Document controller to support the project team whilst ensuring integrity, relevance and effectiveness in project delivery. You will be responsible for maintaining efficient control of project related documents and records to ensure that all work is done from up-to-date revisions / versions and all evidence is appropriately filed.
About the role:
- Work collaboratively with Senior Document controller to ensure data and key documents are stored correctly in relevant systems.
- Administer the document control system for the organisation, including coordinating the creation, maintenance, and updating of policies, procedures, forms and templates.
- Revision control / auditing of IMS documents, processes and procedures
- Update, maintain, archive and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers and databases in liaison with key stakeholders.
- Follow up on monthly reports and ensure these are submitted.
- Actively pursue any gaps in information that would negatively affect PPS and/or propose and agree through proper channels solutions to the problem
- Become familiar with and comply with the Management Systems contained on the company’s system including but not limited to the Quality, Safety and Environmental policies, plans and procedures.
- Interface with Project personnel and Contractor for any Document Control issues.
- Undertake the control, capture, registration, and dissemination of information across the Project team members and Asset/Operations in compliance with RTIO/BHP/FMG Document control processes and practices.
- Candidate MUST be in based in WA.
- Have a valid driver's licence.
