The Document Specialist will develop, manage and review the organisation's evolving Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). In accordance with the organisation's goals and practices, the successful candidate will be responsible for continually improving the system and streamlining processes.

- Develop, manage and review the organisation's evolving Electronic Document Management System.
- Oversee the evolving EDMS by storing documents, records and registers to maintain accuracy.
- Implement corrective actions and maintain incident reporting related to Health, Safety and Risks.
- Ensure the maintenance of the EDMS follows high standards of quality, and compliance and is consistently met across the organisation.
- Previous experience in an Administration, Document Control, and/ or Compliance position, including exposure to the involvement of integrating an EDMS and audit functions.
- An attentive and systematic approach with a continuous improvement mindset to implement effective solutions across the organisation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced computer software skills, including SharePoint and MS Office.
