WHO WE ARE
CARE COMMUNITY
Care Community is the WA Home Care Workforce Support Program which aims to help people in WA find employment in Home Care for the Aged Care sector through our program.
Led by North Metropolitan TAFE and funded by the Federal Government, Care Community’s primary goal is to grow and upskill Home Care workers through our program in WA to aid the elderly in our community by improving their quality of life while living in their own homes.
We look to enable older West Australians who need assistance to stay connected to their community.
Care Community works together with a range of different Aged Care providers across the entire Perth metro area to provide opportunities for fulfilling and meaningful work that helps to enrich the lives of local community members.
