About the Role
We are looking for Domestic Support Workers (unqualified) to support clients living in Maribyrnong, Sunshine, Tarneit, Werribee and surrounding communities. You will assist our clients primarily in aspects of daily living, including:
- Domestic assistance duties (majority of shifts will be associated with cleaning tasks), as well as some social support and transports
- Recognize changes in clients’ conditions and escalate observations and concerns in accordance with UA processes
- Promote and participate in quality activities, and provide outstanding customer service maintaining friendly, supportive and professional relationships with clients, their relatives and friends

- Comprehensive knowledge in community care with a commitment to high standards of care for clients and their families
- Understanding of client directed care
Essentials for working in Aged Care
- A current Working With Children’s card
- Current and required flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
- Have Australian working rights
- Valid Victorian Drivers' licence with roadworthy vehicle
- Are able to pass a national police clearance and/or NDIS clearance
