The Support Coordinator delivers efficient quality customer service by applying subject matter expertise to provide accurate, relevant and timely information in an environment of changing deadlines and priorities. The Support Coordinator supervises staff to deliver organisational outcomes through efficient and effective allocation of resources and adherence to established operating processes and procedures.Key outcomes of the role include:
- Deliver high quality customer service demonstrating a student-centred approach to delivery, taking ownership and recommending solutions to resolve complex enquiries or escalating according to risk.
- Perform a range of complex administrative and service functions that support the key deliverables of TAFE SA business operations, including providing flexible support across the organisation and meeting performance indicators as required.
- Provide Team Leaders with assistance and support regarding Human Resource planning, including but not limited to, staff supervision, mentoring and coaching, and rostering.
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).
- Out of hours work will be required.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- The incumbent may be required to attend promotional events such as; IE events, Expos, Career Days, Field Days and School Engagement (internal tours/external events), when required.
- The incumbent may be required to work in different teams as workload demand changes.
