About the position
Door Attendants play a key part to our Club operations. Accountable for ensuring our members and guests feel welcome and monitor Club and government compliance. This full-time opportunity is located at our Mayfield site. Responsibilities include:
- Greet all members and guests with enthusiasm and project positive and friendly image
- Ensure all members and guests sign into the Club as per regulations
- Advise members and guests on Club facilities and events
- Promote and process Wests memberships
- Check employee and contractor identification
- Monitor and enforce RSA legislation
- Liaise with security and Duty Managers on refusal of entry due to intoxication
- Promote COVID safe practices to members and guests
This position requires the ability to work a 7 day rotating roster with a mix of Day, Afternoon and Overnight shifts to meet operational requirements.
Certifications required: RSA and RCG Certifications

About you
We are seeking an energetic team player with a passion for customer service within the hospitality industry. Demonstrated strong communication and leadership qualities you will have the gift of both problem solving and people skills to manage compliance. Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable. Honesty, integrity and customer service is your primary focus.
