We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant required for an immediate start. For the right candidate, this will be a permanent full-time position (Mon - Fri), based in South Nowra.
Duties & Responsibilties
- Attending to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face,
- Provide detailed information to customers regarding services,
- Scheduling and managing appointments,
- Managing electronic systems including our booking/invoicing system,
- Ensuring all Reports and Certificates are accurate and forwarded to customers in a timely manner,
- Contacting and following up on service reminders,
- Other general admin duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, etc.
Skills & Experience
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook) and/or Google Workplace (particularly Sheets, Drive, and Gmail),
- Strong communication skills and a desire to work with people of all ages,
- Ability to work within a team and independently,
- The capacity to work under pressure, and make independent decisions,
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively,
- Must be honest, reliable, and willing to learn,
- Previous experience working in an office environment, preferred but not essential.
