Position: Draftsperson / CNC Programmer
Location: Cannington, WA
Job Type: Full time
Starting Time: ASAP
Shift Schedule: Mon to Fri, plus Sat if required
Salary: $38-$45 Per hour plus Super & OT
Responsibilities:
- Create DXF files for the production of stone benchtops, ensuring accuracy and precision in design specifications.
- Utilise laser templator technology to accurately measure and create templates for fabrication.
- Proficiently use the Sekon-Secad drafting and drawing programs to create detailed plans and blueprints for stone benchtop production.
- Programming cnc machines such as waterjet etc
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow and ensure seamless production processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the stone sector or similar role
- Demonstrated proficiency in using laser templators.
- Sekon-Secad drafting experience,
- Experience with waterjet programming
- Secam CNC programming experience is a bonus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required.
