Due to growth in our business, we are seeking a Drill Rig Mechanic at our Beverley Mine site.
A passionate individual who is experienced with the service and breakdown repair of Large Drill Rigs (McCulloch DR1200) and other Diesel Machinery.
Essential to the role:
- Experience with heavy diesel machinery and drilling rigs.
- Proven experience and skills in servicing and repairing heavy earthmoving plant and machinery.
- Excellent knowledge of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) system and diagnostic.
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills, ability to diagnose major faults.
- Self-directed, able to work well both autonomously and as part of a Maintenance team.
- Experience in working on hydraulics, fluid mechanic machinery.
- Ability to interpret complex drawings and instructions and implement quality control techniques.
- Trade qualifications and experience working on Drill Rigs
- Current South Australian HR or HC Driver’s Licence
- National High-Risk Work Licence – Forklift (LF)
