Our client, a leader in property management, is on the lookout for a full-time Assistant Property Manager. Their mission? To secure a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in managing both long-term and short-term tenancies, with a special focus on creating harmonious living environments for all residents.
In this role, you will oversee 34 long-term and 5 short-term tenancies, ensuring all aspects of property management are handled with finesse and care. From tenant liaison to contract management, you'll be the cornerstone of the property's day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Here’s what you’ll be up to:
- Efficiently manage 34 long-term and 5 short-term tenancies, ensuring high satisfaction among residents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant enquiries, providing timely and empathetic responses.
- Oversee lease agreements, rent collections, and property maintenance with precision and attention to detail.
- Facilitate smooth move-ins and move-outs, maintaining a seamless flow of occupancy.
- Cultivate strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders, enhancing the community atmosphere.
- Manage weekend operations as required, ensuring availability for tenant needs and emergencies.
What you need to bring:
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a diverse range of tenants.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently.
- Adaptability to meet the changing needs of tenants and the property environment.
- Tech-savviness, capable of handling property management software and systems.
- Experience in property management; a Queensland Agents Management Certificate is highly desirable.
