Drill Rig Operator WACOL (VARIOUS SITES – PROJECT DEPENDENT) Position Title: Drill Rig Operator Position Reference: G5021 Direct Report: Branch Manager [G5026], Field Operations Manager [G5025] Indirect Report(s): Area Manager [G5007] Responsible For: Drill Offsider [G5023] Core Objective The primary responsibility of the Drill Operator is the safe and efficient operation of various items of plant and equipment on EQH and client sites. The Drill Operator is responsible for routine pre-start procedures and maintenance tasks and is responsible for the presentation and appearance of the plant under their operation. The Drill Operator will act with integrity, honesty and communicate with stakeholders, whether internal or external, in a professional and appropriate manner at all times.
