About the Role

BMA Peak Downs Mine are currently seeking applications from passionate Driller Operators to join our team. We want to hear from you if you are looking to join our world-class operational teams now. We believe that people are the key to our continued success; having the right people working within our organisation at all levels will allow us to become the safest, most productive Mine Site we can be and sustain our operations well into the future.

Roles are offer on a 7 day / 7 off / 7 night / 7 off roster with flexible travel arrangements for the right candidate.

Successful candidates will possess the following:

• Current drilling or blast crew experience with significant open-cut mining experience
• Drill skills / experience with DMM3, 412i and DK90 will be highly regarded
• A genuine commitment to safety
• Strong communication skills and a track record of achieving results through influence
• Motivated, enthusiastic individual who can work with minimal supervision and engage in team operations
• Minimum C Class Driver's licence, HR/MR drivers licence highly regarded
• Flexible, team-orientated approach with strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated reading, writing and computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Passion for continuous improvement to drive individual and team performance
