Centurion is seeking a Driver Development Trainer to join our team, on a full-time basis, located at our Perth Airport Depot.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Complete end to end training to upgrade drivers to HC/MC road ready.
- Some long distance, on road training & assessment as required.
- Mentor and support trainees to allow continuous improvement
- Assist in the review for continuing improvement of theory/practical training units
- Ensure compliance with all relevant workplace health & safety requirements and road transport laws
- Some regional and east coast travel
- Prepared to undertake training where require, to meet company requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Hold a WA MC open drivers’ licence
- Desirable TAE40116 or TAE40122
- Desirable, experience with restraining ugly freight.
- Desirable, WA Fatigue Management Certificate and good knowledge of fatigue management
- Desirable, current high risk forklift licence
- Be computer literate with Microsoft suit (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Desirable, current DG Drivers Licence
- Hold or prepared to obtain a DOT Blue Book instructors credentials
- Ability to work in a small team and build relationships with our Trainees
