We are looking for a high level Concierge to join our professional team. We believe true customer experience is about turning small gestures into heart-warming moments and ensuring every guests has a personalised seamless experience.

You will be passionate, innovative, guest centric superstar with excellent time management skills, great presentation, who enjoys working in a high performing culture.

The Role

• Welcome our BMW & Mini guests with a personalised service
• Seamlessly assist the guest with their vehicle drop off and pick up experience
• Ensure every guest has a memorable experience by delivering exceptional customer service
• Communicate with our guests in a professional, knowledgeable and timely manner
• Communicate with the service team when appropriate to arrange vehicle arrival and departure times and ensure the vehicle is ready
• Wash and vacuum guest vehicles to ensure the guest collects their vehicle in a first class condition
• Proactively identify activities for continuous service improvement
• Look after our service loan car fleet including checking cars over before and after return from being on loan
• Exceed manufacturer CSI expectations

To be successful in this role, you will have

• Demonstrated experience in superior service standards
• A high level of professionalism and presentation
• The ability to anticipate guest experience opportunities to surprise and delight
• You will hold a full drivers licence and have the ability to drive manual vehicles
• Previous experience Hospitality in a luxury service role
• Able to handle objections and challenges
• Strong ability to multitask and think on your feet
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service
