We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced PA / Administrative Assistant to join our Melbourne team on a fixed term basis for 9 months. This role provides both administrative support for one of our Directors as well as assistance to our Advisers.
Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the Director including the preparation of documents and client correspondence
- Assisting advisers and clients with administration based queries regarding their trades and accounts
- Maintaining communications databases to ensure that clients can be kept updated quickly and efficiently
- Day to day diary management of advisers to facilitate company meetings and presentations
- Managing and preparing administration documents such as account opening forms, off-market transfers and change of details
- Liaising with back office, settlements, sponsorship and debtors departments to ensure the smooth settlement of client transactions
- General administration tasks.
Required skills and experience:
- Proven administration experience in a professional services environment
- High levels of initiative, attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
- Proven ability to efficiently handle multiple competing demands
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong administration and computer skills.
