Thorne Harbour Health is expanding our AOD Dual Diagnosis Outreach Counselling team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and skilled multi-disciplinary AOD team, working to support members of the LGBTIQ+ community. This role will actively dismantle barriers to service access through providing accessible interventions to members of the LGBTIQ+ community in the South East of Melbourne.
The Dual Diagnosis Outreach Counsellor role sits on the wider Therapeutic Services and Capacity Building team and works to create positive behavioural change through the delivery of evidence-based therapeutic individual counselling, therapeutic group programs and brief intervention sessions.
