Purpose of the Role
As a Dual Store Manager at Aesop Macquarie, you will be responsible for driving the success of your Signature Store in addition to the Aesop Counter at Myer.
Aesop Macquarie is a destination whereby local customers come into our space to enjoy our product range and service provided by a passionate team.
To be successful in this role, you will work closely with your team across the x2 spaces to drive sales and nurture existing customer relationships. Additionally, you will be responsible for looking into your business by assessing key trends within the center and by forging meaningful relationships with your stakeholders.

What we are looking for
- Management experience within customer, retail or hospitality service environment
- Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes in a retail or hospitality environment
- History of successfully leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment
- Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships
- Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives
- Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial acumen and merchandising skills
