Our venue is family owned and operated it has a bistro, along with sports bar, TAB and gaming. We also have entertainment consisting of DJs and various live acts throughout the weekend.

The Successful Applicant
- Min 1 years’ experience as a duty manager in a hotel and is also comfortable with a high volume food / beverage sales and gaming operations of a hotel.
- Attention to detail of all aspects of the property and has great communication skills for staff and customers.
- Good knowledge of stock control, wages%, POS
- Good knowledge of Gaming and TAB is a bonus
- Be able to create good relationships with QPS and other gov't departments
- Have good computer skills
- Work closely with the Venue Manager to develop strategies to increase our market share
- Above all to motivate and develop staff, enabling an inclusive productive and happy team.
Qualifications
Must have RSA & RSG
Bonus but not essential - RMLV/ Approved managers license/ TAB compliance
