Our Country Hotelin Moura is seeking an experienced Hospitality / Hotel Duty Manager to be Hands on and to drive Customer Service and Hotel revenue.
Reporting direct to the Venue Manager on all matters, the successful candidate will be required to Trouble Shoot all areas, Management of Hotel shifts, Uphold and adhere to all Liquor Licence requirements, Serve Customers and Supervise Staff, promote Strategies across all Hotel departments.
Successful applicants will have demonstrated -:
- Leadership Skills and Good Communication Skills
- Experience in Hotel Operations with the ability to manage Bar, Bottleshop, Gaming & Food facilitates
- Current RSA, RSG and RMLV (or willing to complete RMLV course)
- Experience with Staff Management
- Experience with handling Gaming Machines
- Ability to use a computerised POS system
- Great Personality and People person
- Have a strong Customer focus
- Great with Promotions
- Strong Knowledge of the Liquor Act
