To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:
- Sound managerial or supervisory experience within the hospitality industry.
- Sound knowledge, understanding and experience of all areas of a licensed venue including gaming, beverage, food service, Keno, TAB, cash handling and compliance.
- Hold RSA, RSG, RMLV & First Aid certification or willing to obtain.
- An Approved Managers License or willing to obtain.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be responsible, level-headed, focused and able to make confident decisions.
- Demonstrate initiative to problem solving.
- Be able to address positive or negative performance when required.
- Understand, deliver and enforce policies, procedures and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Well presented.
Full availability is essential to this role, including nights and weekends.
