Jetty Road Brewery in Dromana is recruiting for a Duty Manager to assist with the growth and operations of the venue.

Jetty Road Brewery

Situated in Dromana and a stone’s throw from the beach. Jetty Road Brewery caters for everyone – those passing by for a quick beer, those looking for something to eat. We like to think it is a place where our guests can come to unwind and relax and enjoy some local hospitality and local beer.

We host loads of local events, festivals and live music from some of the best performers on the peninsula. 

The hours aren’t too bad either opening at 12pm through to 9pm Sunday – Thursday then until 11pm on Friday and Saturday.

Who We Are Looking For:

You will need a passion for good hospitality and have some runs on the board in a supervisory position already. We are also looking for a positive attitude with a willingness to learn - we can give you the skills and the knowledge.

Our Duty Managers are more than just shift runners. You will gain a sound understanding and insight into the operations of the business, including staffing and recruitment, finance, and menu development. Our leaders manage a diverse team of enthusiastic and passionate staff.
