Our client runs one of the Mornington Peninsula's most iconic hotel venues offering a family-friendly classic bistro, lounge, sports bar and beer garden.
They need an experienced Duty Manager who's a natural leader with a passion for team development and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead departmental teams to deliver outstanding customer service experiences consistently
- Ensure venue facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, ambience, and functionality
- Manage daily floats across gaming, TAB, food, and beverage departments
- Facilitate operational checklists and drive culture management initiatives
- Master digital booking systems like 'Open Table' and POS systems such as Bpoz
- Motivate and guide department teams to achieve venue KPIs effectively
- Make informed decisions under pressure and uphold company training policies
- Handle cash management efficiently across various departments
- Exhibit exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Embody our company branding and values proudly
Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of industry management experience
- Hold a current Victorian gaming license, RSG, RSA certificates, and a National Police Check
- Proficient knowledge of TAB operating systems and possess a TAB Basics certificate
- Australian Permanent Residency
