Quest Echuca is a 60 room apartment hotel, located in the center of Echuca, opposite the Murray River Aquatic Reserve. The hotel has been refurbished in March 2022 and is now recruiting for a readymade Front Office Duty Manager that is looking to work in a positive and passionate workplace environment. Experience in hotel sales, revenue and/or reservations role will be highly regarded. The position presents a great opportunity to work within a property under the banner of the highly successful and established Quest Group brand.

About You:
- Experience in leading a team that delivers exceptional guest service
- Passionate about interacting with guests and managing guest feedback
- Experience in increasing accommodation and hotel revenue
- Experience in managing distribution partners (esp. online travel agents and wholesalers)
- Comfortable with managing the hotel's Front Office administrative duties – including the administration of the property management system, reservations, cash handling, reception duties and accounts receivable
- Team player, reliable, level-headed and organised
