Duty Manager

Fraser's celebrates the best Western Australia has to offer in food, wine and service, set in one of the most spectacular locations in the state, on the famous Fraser Avenue in beautiful Kings Park, West Perth.

This exciting and varied role will see you provide assistance to the Operations Manager with the day to day running of the business. This role best suits an independent individual who is organised and ready to make this position their own.

Successful candidates will possess the following attributes:

Two years' experience in a similar position

Strong food, wine and service knowledge

Administration experience

Must be energetic, reliable and positive with the ability to work well in a team

A strong work ethic

Exceptional grooming standards

The ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment

RSA Certificate & Police Clearance

Key responsibilities:

Establish rapport with clients and staff alike

Liaising with guests to ensure all requirements are met and any issues are dealt with in an efficient manner

Check all meeting rooms and event spaces for last minute details and changes

Execute Event Operations as per prescribed standard, within budgetary requirements

Maintain the operating and service standards as directed

Check and secure event spaces at the conclusion of the days activities

Liaise efficiently and effectively with other departments in particular kitchens and event sales coordinators

Liaising, coordinating and cooperating with Event Managers to ensure the seamless operation of events

Mentor and train staff

Administration duties as required
