Miss Chow’s Group is excited to announce the upcoming opening of our new venue in vibrant Fremantle in August. The heritage listed building is a multi-faceted , 400-seater pax offering a fusion menu together with a carefully curated wine lists and excellent cocktails.
Full-time and casual positions.
We are looking for a new team of Front of House team :
- Duty Managers (full time)
- Bar Supervisor (full time)
- Section Wait Staff
- Bar Tenders
- Food and Beverage Runners
- Bar beck
Duty Managers and Bar Supervisors will be employed on a full-time basis and the salary range is between $65K - $70K based on experience. Other positions will be on a casual basis and paid according to the award rate with the view of offering full-time positions for the right applicant.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers with menu selection
- Able to work with a strong team in managing functions and events
- If you are in a supervisory role, to be able to train and motivate staff
Expected skills/qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of timing and priorities of tasks
- Excellent food knowledge
- Ability to serve wine and open a corked sparkling wine bottle
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Ability to three plate hold
- Good work ethic

- Physically fit
- Able to work under pressure
- RSA, Approved Manager Card (if in a supervisory position) and other relevant certification required for this industry such as Food Handling
Casual staff are expected to be able to work several shifts particularly on weekends and full-time staff must be available to work during our operational hours including weekends and holidays.
