We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.
Job Summary
As the Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pub, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with the management team, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, managing the staff, and enhancing the overall pub experience. Your leadership, attention to detail, and passion for delivering outstanding service will contribute to the continued success and reputation of our pub.

Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 1 year experience in the same or similar role within a pub or similar establishment.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
