As a Duty Manager, you'll be instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction and team coordination. Reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, you'll play a key part in maintaining high standards and driving the business forward.
About the Role:
* Managing daily store operations when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are unavailable
* Ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team coordination
* People management, including training, delegating tasks and supervising
* Maintain high standards and drive business forward
* Assisting the management team to drive sales and KPIs
* Meet and maintain company merchandising standards
* Some heavy lifting required
About You:
* Previous experience in a large format retail store
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and customer-centric mindset
* Team player, able to lead a large tem with a positive attitude
* 12 months minimum experience in a management or supervisor role
* Willing to undergo a fully paid forklift course
