Wangaratta Sports and Aquatic Centre (WSAC) is seeking a self-motivated and qualified individual to join our team as a Duty Manager on a casual basis. As a Duty Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth functioning, exceptional service, and unforgettable experiences for our valued members and patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily activities and events to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide first aid and emergency response as needed.
- Engage with patrons, educate them on our offerings, and foster meaningful connections.
- Oversee plant room operations and maintain water chemistry.
- Lead and supervise staff during shifts to uphold our high standards.
Qualifications Required:
- First Aid certification.
- Current Lifeguard Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
- Background in event management highly desirable.
