The Role
We are looking for a committed, passionate and motivated person to join our great team.
This is a hands on role and the successful candidate will need to have a passion for hospitality, a team player and able to lead by example while managing staff and delivering a great experience to our guests.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate -
Passion for great service and know your stuff.
Sound knowledge of food, spirits and craft beer
Knowledge of bar operations
Eye for detail and excellent customer service and communication skills
Excellent presentation
Enthusiastic personality
Ability to manage staff and take direction
Work well within a team and lead by example
RSA essential
