Full-Time Duty Manager for Royal on Ninety-Nine, Roma Qld

Located in the heart of Roma, the largest town in the Maranoa Region, Royal on Ninety-Nine is an award-winning modern multi-level hotel/pub with a variety of trading spaces and bars, as well as a separate detached retail liquor business.

We are seeking to employ a full-time Duty Manager with a strong background in hospitality or customer service. About you:

• Holds a certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSG a plus)
• Available to work a varied of shifts covering the morning, afternoon, evening, weekends, and public holidays.
• Committed to delivering an outstanding experience for guests
• Strong team player, who is collaborative and works well with others
• Possesses an eye for detail and a willingness to continuously learn and improve
• Experienced in working in fast-paced F&B and customer service environments

This is a full-time role starting immediately and reporting to the Venue Manager. We are seeking candidates that have strong time management and professionalism, understanding the importance of having a presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends.
