Food - Beverage - function rooms along with live Entertainment all in one spot - in our amazing constructed environment, almost forgot to say we make award winning beer on site too! - great beer !
We operate five days a week and our opening time is 11.00 am, guaranteeing you a couple days off every week and no early starts.

Applicant must have
- A burning desire to maintain and grow a great culture with all the patrons , staff and management.
- Experience with managing staff and patrons, in all respects, most importantly any complaints that pop up from time to time - being able to show compassion with any response and solution given.
- Leadership skills- we would expect you to lead by example from the front, maintaining a high standard for everything done or produced in the venue - ( your role will include working behind the counter from time to time when required to support your team )
What will you be doing?
A Duty Managers normal responsibilities - you should have a good idea of your roles.
What you’ll need;
Most importantly - to be a hard worker - no sugar coating here!
Exceptional communication skills
Organisational skills
To be able to work effectively within a team
Hands on approach in all management areas
A few years experience in hospitality
Experience in the role of Duty Manager
Drivers license
RSA license
First aid
RMLV
