About the Role:
As a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer at INGRITY, you will be a key player in architecting and implementing tailored CRM solutions that not only meet but exceed our client's business requirements. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping the success stories of our diverse portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy customized CRM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Configure entities, workflows, business rules, and other CRM components to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications and services using tools such as Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and custom code.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct system optimizations to enhance overall performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and Dynamics 365 updates to provide proactive recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience of 7-10 years as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, with a deep understanding of CRM architecture and various modules.
- In-depth knowled of best practices in CRM development and implementation.
- Proficiency in customising and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, workflows, and dashboards.
- Strong scripting skills using JavaScript and TypeScript for client-side customisations.
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with Azure services and cloud-based solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer certifications are highly desirable.
