Your New Role:
You'll be responsible for developing, customising, configuring, deploying, and supporting solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM. You will be working closely with the Business Systems and other teams with the goal of developing solutions that help to solve business challenges. A vital aspect of your work is building relationships and supporting internal stakeholders. You will have a critical frame of thinking to clearly identify system needs of customers, find custom solutions, and ensure positive outcomes. You will also need to be a passionate and customer-focused Dynamics 365 technical consultant/developer.
Your key accountabilities:
- Design and implement CRM solutions to enhance customer business processes;
- Conduct unit testing and collaborate in the system testing to ensure changes have been made in accordance with the business requirements;
- Monitor the performance of CRM systems and act proactively when needed to make sure the systems always meet the expectations from the performance perspective;
- Assist and support internal customers with using our services throughout operations, supporting and mentoring them through the relevant processes;
- Build positive relationships with internal customers to ensure that our relationships with internal customers are strong, profitable, and enduring;
- Ensure support tickets escalated by the Service Desk are closed within SLAs; and
- Proactively identify problems, prioritise and continuously improve.

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong development experience in Dynamics CRM (CE and older versions);
- Sound knowledge of integrating CRM with the other third-party systems;
- Experience in building applications using PowerApps;
- Experience in building flows using Power Automate;
- Demonstrated ability to analyse business requirements and develop appropriate design solutions;
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team, set own priorities and manage time effectively;
- Exposure to working in an Agile environment;
- SQL/SSRS and Power BI development skills is highly desirable;
- Sound documentation and reporting/communication skills;
- Personality wise, you will be articulate, positive, hungry, optimistic and friendly. You will be patient with end users and operations staff who are non-technical;
- You will demonstrate high levels of initiative and a natural sense of urgency to deliver outstanding customer service; and
- Above all else, you will be fun, humble and respectful.
