$500 - $1250 per day Multiple openings for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Specialists at all levels of expertise. Candidates with experience in subscription billing within Dynamics 365 and extensive knowledge of C#, .NET, PowerApps, and Azure Functions, along with any form of Dynamics 365 across functional and technical spheres, including customer engagement (CE), are highly sought after.
Positions:

• Junior Dynamics 365 FinOps Specialist (Technical or Functional)
• Mid-Level Dynamics 365 FinOps Specialist (Technical or Functional)
• Senior Dynamics 365 FinOps Specialist (Technical or Functional)

General Responsibilities:

• Design, development, and delivery of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions.
• Perform business requirement analysis and document system configuration changes.
• Develop, test, and deploy customizations using C#, .NET, and PowerApps.
• Construct and maintain Azure Functions to facilitate system integrations and extend system capabilities.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization for existing Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Offer guidance and training to users and collaborate effectively with both functional and technical team members.

Specific Responsibilities:
Junior Roles:

• Assist with Dynamics 365 customizations, utilizing basic C# and .NET programming skills.
• Gain experience with Azure Functions and PowerApps under the guidance of more senior team members.
• Support the analysis of subscription billing requirements.
• Document system configurations and custom development work.
• Mid-Level Roles:
• Independently manage and execute Dynamics 365 customizations using C#, .NET, PowerApps, and Azure Functions.
• Analyze and configure Dynamics 365 for subscription billing, assessing key integration points.
• Lead smaller projects or sub-projects with minimal supervision, including design, development, and testing tasks.
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops and create detailed documentation.

Senior Roles:

• Oversee and lead Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations projects with an emphasis on complex subscription billing solutions.
• Architect and design custom solutions within Dynamics 365 using advanced knowledge of C#, .NET, PowerApps, and Azure Functions.
• Provide strategic direction in the usage of Microsoft technologies to fulfill business needs, improve system efficiency, and facilitate growth.
• Mentor junior and mid-level specialists and manage project teams for successful delivery.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrable experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations; specific years of experience required will vary by role.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and experience with PowerApps and Azure Functions.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and subscription billing processes.
• Experience in Dynamics 365 CE is beneficial.
• For Senior Roles:
• Proven leadership capabilities and a track record of successful project management.
• Advanced skills in business process analysis, customization, and system design using Microsoft technology stack.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and technical decision-making skills.
