I am seeking a Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant/Business Analyst for 3 months with a view of extension in Melbourne.
Your day at NTT
- 5+ years’ experience in providing functional analysis services.
- 3+ years’ experience working on medium to large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, with advanced knowledge of the platforms capability and limitations.
- Working knowledge and ability to perform configuration relation to Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation areas including:
- Marketing
- Customer Voice
- Ms Teams & SharePoint & SharePoint Integration
- Power Pages
- 2+ years’ experience working in Agile Scrum environments including providing input into planning/backlog grooming and estimation activities.
- Advanced experience and skills in documenting business requirements and functional design through user stories, wireframes, screen mock-ups, etc.
What would make you a good fit for this role?
- Advanced experience and skills in business process re-engineering activities and driving innovative outcomes for customers.
- Advanced experience and skills working directly with end-users and technical staff to achieve desired outcomes.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to lead workshops & showcases with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure environment.
- Experience with Microsoft DevOps.
- Experience providing services in large-scale IT organisations, preferably government.
- Experience in System integration specifications.
