We're in search of an E-commerce and Marketing Manager to champion Tutu du Monde's distinct aesthetic, generate innovative content and marketing ideas, plan and implement marketing campaigns to boost our brand's global reach and sales.

This role involves crafting and executing innovative e-comm strategies, overseeing and refining digital campaigns, elevating our online presence, and leveraging data analytics to yield tangible outcomes. Key Responsibilities
E-comm:
- Manage our 3 Shopify sites, including product and inventory uploads, merchandising, tagging, up-sells, etc.
- Create and implement sales and promotions through collection creation, actioning markdowns.
- Write product and collection copy AI assisted, as well as blogs to target keywords as part of the business’ SEO strategy.
- Lead the planning of product launches and sales, ensuring all digital channels are well prepared for successful implementation.
Marketing:
- Manage all Digital Marketing campaigns across digital channels like SEO, social media, etc.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, brief the graphics team, monitor performance and database growth.
- Manage and maintain the marketing calendar.
- Manage the graphic design and social media teams.
- Coordinate social media strategy.
- Coordinate organic social media growth and engagement through collaboration with social media/content creator.
- Manage global influencer partnerships and gifting program.
- Help execute the production of domestic events, pop ups and activations.
- Effectively manage and collaborate with agency partners.
- Strategize and oversee growth across digital channels, with a focus on Meta ads, Google ads, SEO, email marketing, Insta, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including the management of our loyalty program, to optimise customer lifetime value.
- Analyse and interpret data to improve marketing efficiency ratio (MER) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Utilise strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and similar reporting platforms to verify and report on website performance.
- Utilise understanding of SEO to improve page rankings.
- Utilise understanding of Klaviyo to manage email automation, segmentation, and personalisation for effective customer communication and engagement.
- Analyse site traffic, conversion rates, and other analytics to identify opportunities for optimisation. Prepare reports on performance.
- Oversee paid search and shopping campaigns, manage budgets, track ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on Digital Marketing and ecommerce trends and technologies.
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors on creative, development, and advertising.
Qualification Requirements:
- Formal qualification in marketing, technology or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in ecommerce in Fashion, Lifestyle or Beauty
- A natural appreciation of creative and high end brands
- Experience managing Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels like SEO, PPC, social media, email, etc.
- Experience with email marketing software and analytics tools.
- Experience in managing all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn and associated apps
- Proficient in using Shopify Plus and understanding its ecosystem, including apps and order processing.
- A solid understanding of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and backlinking strategies.
- Have demonstrated experience in driving eCommerce metrics including ROI, AOV, Customer LTV, UX, and CRO.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project and people management and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and funnel optimisation.
