Our team is growing and there is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the e-commerce team.
In this role, you will work directly with some of the best and brightest in the online retailing and product development space, while building in-demand skills.
A bit about what we’re looking for:
For this entry-level position, we require a hungry, self-motivated upstart to join our team. The role would suit either a recent business graduate or someone with an aptitude for sales and numbers.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Daily operational tasks.
- Managing offshore support team.
- Sales support and analysis.
- Product preparation and presentation.
- Liaising with the warehouse and managing our WMS system.
- Maintenance of sales channels.
- Order processing.
- Running reports.
- Assisting the wider e-commerce team with ad hoc tasks.
The successful applicant will need:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer focused.
- Ability to learn systems and processes quickly.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Initiative and ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
