The opportunity:
We now have an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven eCommerce Assistant to join our Digital & eCommerce team in this newly created role.
Below is a list of the main functions of the role.
- Support SEO & Product Description copywriting, by gathering all the relevant information for the external content specialist.
- Apply eCommerce enhancements to online products ensuring accuracy of information; imagery upload and ordering, model info, wear with, filtering labels, badges, tags etc.
- Support the eCommerce team in merchandising product collections to enhance the customer experience and optimise conversion rate.
- Support the Studio Coordinator with eCommerce shoots and image selection and coordinating the supply of imagery with external re-touchers.
- Create collections for any new products landing that requires a dedicated landing page.
- Update website blocks as per marketing calendar with supplied assets.
- Support in building blog posts - taking provided copy or copywriting and briefing imagery to input into a blog in the back end of Shopify.
- First point of contact for our online service support center, answering emails, live chat requests and all related customer service requests.
- Adhoc administration tasks and support across the department.

- Ability to work in a team, with strong communication and manage competing priorities
