Form of workMojo Motorcycles is a leading automotive importer and distributor of CFMOTO, Sherco, Kymco and Landboss. You'll have seen our motorcycles, scooters and ATV's hard at work on Australian farms, cruising city streets and winning on the racetrack.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is a newly created position to increase sales of genuine parts and accessories through our CFMOTO & Sherco webstores.

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service via email and over the phone to webstore customers.
- Processing online orders and placing purchase orders with suppliers as needed
- Maintaining webstores (uploading new product and assist with data cleansing).
- Preparing EDM’s and other online marketing activities to drive online sales.
- Liaising with customers to ensure they are kept up to date regarding their queries, providing responses when needed and ensuring documentation of any investigation and follow-up is made.
The successful applicant will need:
- Knowledge of online marketing is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and establish a career.
