We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to support our E-Commerce team to deliver an outstanding customer experience for our customers. Casual shifts and holiday support periods are available to back our existing team up. Hybrid working, work from home and office, flexible hours, support the existing team to delight our customers.
As we continue to grow and look to increase our digital presence in multiple online channels we are looking for someone to support our customers in their purchasing journey. You will join a wonderful team and in this role you will work with great brands and be responsible for delighting our customers during every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in an eCommerce role, digital retail environment or equivalent role
- Have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Have a keen interest in the digital landscape and delighting our customers
- Careful attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
- Can work autonomous as well as in a team
- Have a willingness to assist in all areas when required
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven role
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Experience working as part of a strong, cohesive team and contribute towards shared goals
- Shopify and Gorgias/or Zendesk or equivalent experience is an advantage
