AddressBeautopia (beautopia.com.au) seeks an experienced team member to join our online customer service and web fulfillment team
We require applicants to have some experience in online customer service ( inventory and sales processing).
Responsibilities include:
- Processing of online Shopify orders
- Tracking of these orders
- Maintaining and Monitoring stock levels & assisting with re-ordering
- Communication with customers by phone and email
The suitable applicant must be meet the following requirements:
- Fluent spoken & written English
- Acceptable standard of software application as well as Excel & MS Office skills
- Previous industry experience a help
- Excellent telephone manners & communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Great phone-based customer service
- Positive mood & upbeat personality
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organisational skills
- Show initiative & quick-thinking
- Ability to keep up in a fast paced working environment & ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to stay motivated and has attention to detail
- Shopify experience a big plus
