No Chintz is looking for an experienced part time online order co-ordinator/Customer Service and Warehouse Assistant to join our St Peters team.

About the role:
You will be processing orders from our online store as well as overseeing our warehouse.
Duties include:
Online Store
- Processing, pick/packing and dispatching of online orders.
- Providing Customer Service, answering phone and email/online enquiries. After sales Service and problem resolution.
- Ensuring accurate order processing and picking of stock.
- Co-ordinating order related stock transfers with retail stores.
- Data entry and general admin.
Warehouse duties
- Stock control including stock take/ monthly cycle counts and ensuring stock levels are accurate at all times.
- Receiving, unpacking, checking of all incoming deliveries and supplier shipments.
- Co-ordinating weekly transfers between retail stores and head office.
- Ensure warehouse is kept clean and organised.
- Assisting production/ office managers where needed.
In order to be successful in this position we require the following:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role including processing, pick/packing and dispatching of online orders using e-commerce software.
- Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment, ensuring orders are dispatched within specified timeframes.
- Excellent Customer Service skills. Must be able to communicate with customers via email/phone and ensure any queries are resolved promptly.
- Knowledge of textiles. Must be able to measure and cut fabric.
- Knowledge of NETO software desirable but full training will be provided.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Windows suite.
- Knowledge of ERP software highly desirable.
- Energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Must be able to follow direction and undertake tasks as assigned.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Some heavy lifting involved. Must be able to lift rolls of fabrics.
- Must have the right to live and work in Australia
