Based in Marrickville we are looking for an online expert to help with all things e-commerce and digital. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining several websites. With the brands still in their infancy this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for online to contribute to our growing success.
Ideally, the person we are looking for will have worked previously in a similar position and be an exceptional digital know-it-all and multitasker
Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Responsible for photography, uploading new content and writing accurate product descriptions, promoting product offers and continually striving to revamp the website's appearance. (currently on Shopify)
- Develop, and implement social media content on Facebook, Blog, and Instagram and send EDM via Klaviyo
- Data analysis using Google Analytics) + weekly and monthly reporting
- Digital marketing strategies, product reviews
- Develop SEO strategies and google Ads campaign
- Have the ability to grow our business from its current level to a large turnover business
- Leading customer care operation
Skills & Experience :
- Relevant industry experience A MUST
- Understand the dynamics of an online e-commerce business
- A strong understanding of online marketing and SEO technology.
- Experience with analytical tools including Google Analytics
- Good working knowledge of ALL social media tools.
- Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication skills
- An understanding of product photography, retouching, vectoring logos, and creating adverts
- Must have good organizational skills and can demonstrate the ability to prioritise activities
- The ability to manage the sites independently.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and retail marketing. You will have a strong understanding of the eCommerce content world.
