About You
We are seeking a passionate, energetic and solutions-orientated EA reporting into the People and Culture Manager.

The primary role is to assist the CEO and the executive leadership team with their day-to-day responsibilities of the office. For the right person, there is also an opportunity to develop and assist in the Customer Service side of the business.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the day to day running of the HQ and office move in early 2023.
The “go to” person for all office related enquiries.
Support to the CEO so that she can operate to maximum efficiency.
Organising office events and social activities.
Assist with the day to day office operations such as the set up of conference rooms including audio-visual needs, transportation and catering.
Manage multiple mailboxes, prioritising emails and escalating critical matters for resolutions.
Order office supplies and handle other office related procurement activities as needed.
Manage the product press stock and customer service inventory.
Maintain all business filing systems, including our extensive customer database.
Maintain office cleanliness including front of house, common areas and general office.
Answer and screen all incoming telephone calls to the main switchboard, ensuring accurate details are recorded and passed on to the relevant departments/individuals promptly.
Requirements
The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, with excellent attention to detail.
Highly organised attitude and style with the ability to forecast and forward plan.
Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to successfully meet tight deadlines and time pressures.
Highly developed customer service skills, being committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels
Quick to build industry specific insights, particularly when it comes to social media and digital innovation.
Able to conduct desk research, analyse information and clearly communicate and present the findings in a clear and concise manner. Relevant cross-functional experience across marketing, digital agency, advertising, project management.
Strong computer skills are essential. Expertise on Outlook and MS-Office suite is a necessity (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
This role is based from ModelCo HQ in Rosebery, NSW.
