You will be providing administrative support to the Executive Chairman, ensuring the office of the EC is run professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a mature mentality, the ability to provide outstanding service and a high level of professionalism.
Your daily duties will include:
Diary and email management
Attending meetings and being involved in actioning items
Travel and accommodation bookings
Liaise with EC’s external contacts
Manage client database
Coordinate corporate and company events
General administration and ad-hoc duties
Some personal duties such as getting coffees, lunch etc.
Skills and experience:
Solid EA experience
Background in the property is an advantage
Strong MS Office Skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Be polished, professional and personable
Have a mature mentality
Capable to work autonomously
